Creature Comforts Cattery

Has to be hands down the best Cattery. I dropped my cat off with Jen and I felt so welcomed and comfortable leaving my previous baby with her. Jen is such a lovely, down to earth women and you can tell she really loves pets; the way she speaks to the cats and how she’s set up their individual home with all the comfortable beds and toys for them to settle in easily is just amazing. Jen kept me updated with new pictures and lovely messages every day which kept me at ease. I had to extend my ticket for an extra week and Jen had no problem looking after my cat for the extra period. The Cattery is set up in the garden and is beautifully done. It was nice to be able to see the whole place first and know where my cat was staying before leaving him. 100% recommend this Cattery. ❤️❤️

My two cats stayed with Jen for nearly 2.5 months, unexpectedly much longer than initially planned, after moving to the UK and were wonderfully looked after. Jen loves animals and treats those staying with her like individuals and they adored her. Even the anxious one.
The enclosure was spacious with a lovely garden view and reasonably priced, and Jen was very accommodating with regular visits and helping out with anything that was needed. But best of all was knowing my cats were in such caring hands during an unsettling time for all of us. The personal attention they got and the warmth in the recaps about what they (and their neighbours) had been up to during visits really drove it home.
Even the courier who dropped off the cats from Heathrow described Jen as "a lovely lady".
Highly, highly recommended.

This was the first time we'd left our cat at a cattery after a bad experience 10 years ago. Jen was so lovely; sending us photos whilst we were away and letting us know how he was getting on and that he'd got a cool pad to sit on during the hot weather! When we picked him up his coat was gleaming and he was so happy and relaxed. Chatting to Jen it was obvious that she'd really got to know our cat's personality. It was also clear that Jen loves cats and really cares about their well-being. We're so grateful to her for looking after our cat so well while we were away and it's a relief to know that we'll be able to leave him with Jen in the future secure in the knowledge that he'll be happy and well-looked after. The "Creature Comforts Cattery" is amazing and Jen is absolutely lovely and has taken wonderful care of Tommy. She was very helpful and supportive and took very good care of Tommy sending us pictures and updates on demand. When we picked him up he was looking very happy, nicely brushed, well taken care of and very relaxed. Tommy has stayed for first time with Jen for 26 days and we were very nervous (initially) in leaving him in a new cattery because he was recently diagnosed with diabetes and was on a special strict programme. I can definitely recommend the cattery. We're so grateful to Jen for looking after Tommy so well while we were away and it's such relief to know that we'll be able to leave him with Jen in the future knowing that he'll be very well-looked after. I have left my precious Smarties with Jen twice now. She is super focussed on the pets left in her care and she devotes time to them all individually. She is really knowledgeable and reassures you and both times Smarties has been absolutely fine and Jen is contactable whilst you are away and sends you pictures to.

This very last time I left Smarties with Jen, I had 2 flight cancellations and Jen was super flexible and was able to keep Smarties for longer. She really gave me peace of mind that he was in good hands.

I would thoroughly recommend you to visit the cattery if you need this service.

Excellent service and my cat loves it there. Very well taken care of. Definitely recommend this Cattery to anyone looking for a safe place for their furry family member to stay whilst they are away 🙂 Jen is an amazing person who knows my cats personality very well and my cat is fond of her too as they've built a beautiful relationship with one another. Jen is a lovely person who shows clear affection for the cats she takes care of.
We had to leave our cat with her for a month and she was always happy to send us updates (with pictures) on demand.
The facilities themselves were well equipped for the winter cold, and pricing was very reasonable too.
Will definitely be back!

It was the first time I used a Cattery and I couldn’t have hoped for a better one. Jen truly cares about all her furry guests and does her very best to make them feel at ease and happy. My cat is a little shy and skittish to start with and she took extra care to make him feel at home. Communication was great too - Jen was quick to respond every time I texted. Can only recommend.
