My cats stayed at Penthouse Cats over the bank holiday weekend (6 days in total). Nicola takes her time to get to know each animal and will happily accommodate requests, within reason, to help her guests settle in and enjoy their stay. Her love of all cats was clearly evident and it felt like I was leaving my boys with a friend. My cats were very well looked after and I will not hesitate to use Penthouse Cats again in the future.

Highly recommend, Nicola was absolutely brilliant with my cat George. She sent me videos of George while I was away and he looked so well looked after and happy. She put me at ease and he was one pampered cat in her care! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Nicola and Jake at Penthouse - they looked after my three cats, with as much care as i would at home . Can’t thank them enough :) Above and beyond 😎👍

Nicola is beyond amazing. Our cats have been going here and love being spoilt rotten. We were worried as one had serious health issues and the other was highly anxious, but from the first stay, they were totally looked after. To be honest, I think they prefer being with Nicola than at home. 😂 Top service.

Don’t use this place. Initially I was led to believe that Nicola was a nice person but believe you me it’s a very good mask she puts on making out she is so caring etc. I’m a disabled person and was offered help after I paid nearly a grand to leave my cat at this place. I had to go into hospital really unwell and my cat had nowhere to go so he went here then they wanted to charge me £400 for it. They only care about money at this place not the animals or disabled people. Will never be using again. The way I have been spoken to today by a member of their staff for asking if she could help me pick up a prescription because I’m disabled and can’t leave the house is shocking. If you are healthy and have lots of money this place will be fine for you. If you are disabled give it a wide berth.

My cat loved having a little vacation here. Nicola gave updates if I asked, felt totally reassured my cat was being well looked after. Would definitely recommend leaving your cat here if you are going away. ❤
