Really happy with the service and the facilities. Lots of space and privacy for my shy cat, and the pen included toys, water fountain and a choice of beds. Lisa clearly cares about the animals and spends time getting to know them. Photo and video updates on the company Facebook page were great for seeing that my cat was happy and being brushed and talked to.

First time ever we left our cat at a cattery. We were really nervous, were not sure whether he would survive being in a cattery as he is elderly (15 yes old). He lost his sister almost 2 years ago and has not got over that. We didn't want to leave him in the house for 2 weeks, normally our friends feed him and he comes and goes as he pleases. Lisa kept us updated with photos and videos. He looked happy. He was well looked after. Will use her again.

Not left our cat in a cattery for a few years now and with him coming up to 17 didn't know what he'd be like, he was fine and was looked after really well. Thanks for having him and thanks for letting us collect him early.

My cat goes here every time I'm away the pens look very comfortable got heating in the winter and a window in most pens so your cat can look outside.
