Lions Den Cat Hotel

The care Lorna and Simon give to each cat in the entire den is unbelievable! You couldn't leave them in safer hands. They absolutely love cats and that is the most important thing. I've read some poor reviews based on phone calls or emails, but Lorna is a lovely old lady and if you took the time to at least go and meet her and see what a great place it is, you would soon change your minds. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Lorna's email communication (as is, to a great extent, her in-person communication) is incredibly blunt and rude. I refuse to send my lovely kitten back to an establishment where the face of the business has no ability to manage herself with any sense of common courtesy or respect for the people who pay good money for the service.

Simon is now running the hotel by himself, and my kitten seemed very happy after his stay here for a weekend. Communication was great - had no problems at all, unlike the previous reviews from years ago.

A friendly and welcoming service that has years of cat experience behind it (there are 21 long term residents who are not hotel guests!)

Friendly owner and staff and our cat well looked after. Cubicles always look clean with lovely views into garden.

Awww they were so lovely! The cats were confused but that’s normal and I know they were well looked after ❤️

Our little boy was well taken care of over the weekend. The cat rooms are spacious, and have access to air when it’s warm, and to heaters and closed door when it’s cold. We were also able to bring our electric water fountain as our kitty needs it, and it was no problem.

Simon was lovely and super helpful, and took great care of our cat. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of leaving their cat here.

Simon also does visits in the mornings or evenings mon-sat if you want to check the place out first.

There’s parking in their driveway for when you’re dropping your kitty off.

Spoke to Simon and arranged to visit and see the cattery. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I would be more than happy to use his facilities when we adopt Cleo in the not too distant future. Thank you Simon for your time and help.
