Cat Haven Luxury Boarding Cattery

My two cats have stayed here several times now. Lorraine and her family are lovely and take excellent care of them. The accommodation is definitely luxury. Having used two other catteries before, both of which were OK, it's clear Cat Haven is a cut above and I feel very comfortable leaving mine there. Lorraine goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests. I'm really happy I found this place.

Cat haven is the best cattery in London. The facilities are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, spacious and thoughtfully designed to cater for cats' needs. Cats are given individual attention and the lovely owner, Lorraine, takes the time to get to know each cat by his name, his likes and dislikes etc. She plays with them, talks to them and treats them as well as she treats her own pets ( she has many!).
On a recent visit she noticed that one of our cats had a food intolerance (we hadn't noticed as our cats do not use a litter box at home), so she weaned the cats off their old diet and introduced a grain- free alternative which suits them much better. They came home in much better condition than we had left them.
The main difference is that Lorraine really loves the cats and this shows. I cannot rate this cattery highly enough. It is simply the best. Thank you so much Lorraine for giving cat owners peace of mind.

My cat Jinx stayed here recently for the first time for 11 days whilst I was on holiday. Lorraine is completely cat mad, her wealth of knowledge and caring nature meant I didn't worry at all about leaving him there. The cattery is a 100% first class establishment, clean, modern and very luxurious. I returned to a well cared for and very contented cat.

I wish there were ten stars I could give for Lorraine at Cat Haven. Ginger has never been away before because he is an anxious cat. But this time was a huge move for him because of building work. He stayed at Cat Haven for nine weeks. But during his time with Lorraine he was cared for wonderfully, loved his own space and thrived. Lorraine updated us continually and sent videos so we could see he was doing OK. When he returned home just before Christmas, he settled back really quickly and it was like he had never been away. I will be telling everyone to send their cats to Lorraine! Ginger will be going back should we ever get to go on holiday again. Thanks, Lorraine.

Left my kitty here for 10 days whilst I was away. Lorraine was so so lovely and the cattery was spotlessly clean. I was provided updates during my hols and sent photos. Would defo use again and recommend. You can tell Lorraine adores all her guests and they are well and truly spoilt at Cat Haven!

I had a very senior cat that I would take here, I had tried about 5 different catteries and cat sitters before finding Lorraine. This is the only place where my cat would come home relaxed and not stressed at all and would have no stress when we were dropping her off! Lorraine is a cat whisperer I think. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for your cat.

We absolutely love Cat Haven! We've been taking our cat Maximus to Lorraine's for years now as she always looks after him so well. Nothing is too much for her. Maximus loves his visits, and during his stay, Lorraine will send us updates on how he's doing to reassure us he's safe and well. I would give Cat Haven more stars if I could! We wouldn't have our cat stay anywhere else!

My boy, Rafferty has just had his first stay at Cat Haven and I am very happy to have found a place so local, Lorraine took such good care and put my mind at ease. He is diabetic but that was no problem at all. He’s already booked in for next year so I can holiday without any worry.
