NAO Cattery

I run a Feral Cat rescue out of area & was called in to help trap a cat that escaped from this cattery along with its sibling. Reading reviews it appears this was not an isolated incident. Obviously safety in the cattery needs addressing urgently & it's surprising this wasn't done immediately to prevent it happening again. When caring for animals we have to adhere to the Animal Welfare Act. This establishment is not fit for purpose.

Cats keep going missing from this cattery! 3 missing in the last 3 weeks with NO help from the cattery owner to relocate. Absolutely shocking. 2 of the 3 cats are STILL missing but nothing from the cattery about it - no notice on their social media, no posters!! They cannot care about cats if this is how they act

I have seen at least 3 cats go missing from this cattery recently.cant believe it hasn't been shut down. Not acceptable.doesnt appear that the owner has tried to help find these cats either!

Great cattery, my family have been using it for years. Dont believe the recent wave of bad reviews about missing cats. Total rubbish! Some evil, jealous people trying to spread bad stuff about a great place. See you next April x

DO NOT USE THIS CATTERY. 4 cats have gone missing this year so far. Jax, the most recent, went missing the day he was dropped off and no one even notified the owner.

I have used NAO Cattery many times and have always found it to be an excellent Cattery. Dora is a lovely lady and will always do her best to meet your requests

Should be NO STARS! Do not use this cattery they lose cats! 3 have escaped and been lost in last couple of months. Management taking no responsibility. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Our cat was lost within 15 minutes. Her insurance does not pay out for cat loss. Not safe not covered don’t use this cattery.
