Beautiful and very professional facility for cats

If I could give one star for this place I would. When I dropped my cat off I was explaining that she may be frightened as it was her first time and the owner said “ after all it’s only a cat!” This should have been a red flag for me but it was the day before I was travelling so shrugged it off. When on holiday I contacted the owner various times asking about my cay and the answer ever time was,
“All good”, nothing more was added even when I asked specific questions. I didn’t enjoy my job,I day as I was extremely worried the entire time. When collected her I asked if all was well and was told it was. When I arrived home one eye was partially closed and weeping. I immediately took her to the vet and was to,d that her eyes were not cleaned for days which caused an infection. If you value your pets STAY CLEAR of this place. They obviously take on lots of cats are understaffed to make more profit and the result is mistreatment of your cats as they don’t have the time! I contacted her and she just told me that she did clean the eyes. There was no apologies what do even. It’s a disgrace that done of these catteries are allowed to stay open! I’m just grateful that I was not away longer or the outcome may have been more detrimental to my cats eye site. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews like I was…. this place should be shut down. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COST

Sue and Neil who own this business are outstanding. I absolutely hate leaving my animals that are family as it is, but they update me when needed, I feel completely at ease when boarding my Sphyx cats here, smooth sailing booking, affordable prices. I book with them every time, please be assured this is the place to go.

Great cattery in beautiful setting. Sue is very welcoming and cats all looked chilled out and comfortable. Will happily leave my cats there again next time we go away.

Great place!!!!!! my cat has been well looked after. Its a lovely place nice and quiet. Owner is very friendly and helpful could not ask for more. Would highly recommend.

Going away was made so much easier knowing our cats were in good hands, I’m not even sure they wanted to come home seemed so settled after 4 weeks with Sue @ Hilltop Cattery, they were treated so well and we’ve already booked for our next minibreak over Easter.
