Clowder Cattery 5 star rated

Lisa and her helpers were fantastic at looking after our two cats! So much so we will be using them moving forward as our Cattery of choice. the fact they post updates on social media is a real bonus and keeps us updated on how well they're being looked after (I don't think they wanted to come home!). Couldn't recommend them higher enough and you shouldn't look elsewhere!

Absolutely brilliant cattery. My 3 cats loved Lisa and loved their stay here, Lisa even made my cats birthday special for him, cannot recommend enough, I’d give more than 5*s if I could. I’ll not hesitate to leave my cats here again!

Excellent Cattery! Lisa is fantastic, I know my cat was well looked after when we were away which really puts you at ease! Absolutely would recommend. 10 stars if I could :)

Our 3 Cats have been back for a 1 week stay and I'm sure if they could talk they would say they loved the place, Lisa the proprietor doesn't just look after them she loves plays and treats them like royalty

Clowder Cattery are an outstanding cattery and offer a kind, caring and professional service, that I would recommend to absolutely anyone looking for peace of mind and confidence of care.

Our cat, Prince, injured his paw just before Christmas and Clowder pulled out all of the stops to ensure that they could accommodate Prince, meaning we were able to move forward with a planned visit to see my ill father over the Christmas period (something we thought we would had to cancel due to Prince's injury). On return, Prince's paw was, miraculously, all but completely healed (due to the love and care of Clowder) and Prince was extremely content, chilled out and happy, and looked in amazing condition.

This was the first time we used/needed a cattery and it's great to know this type and level of service is available.

I can't thank Clowder Cattery enough! Not only did they save Christmas and care for Prince like he was their own, but have restored my faith in humanity through their kindness and willingness to help us in a time of need.

An absolutely top-class service. Not surprising at all that they have won East Sussex Cattery of the year. Thanks again!

What can I say, other than my two lads, Chunk and Khan (who is an escapologist..!!!!) could not be better looked after. They stayed at Clowder as I had to stay in an Air BnB until I had bought a house, after I had moved from Germany in the Covid pandemic. The cattery smells lovely, and Lisa the owner updates the cattery Instagram account daily - using pictures of the visiting cats with the owners permission. I can visit my cats too, and their every whim is met. They are groomed every day and look fabulous, and the whole cattery is absolutely immaculate. When we need to go back the lads will be staying here with “Aunty Lisa”. What especially reassured me is that Lisa’s daughter is a veterinary assistant, which was such a plus for me to book the lads there.

Our rescue cat Bates has just returned super chatty and clearly loves Lisa and the Clowder Cattery. For his first time away from home Lisa put us completely at ease, seeing little videos of him on Instagram was really lovely too. Lisa even looked after his allergies really well, and provided a stocking for him (and some turkey!) on Christmas Day. Will definitely be booking Clowder Cattery again.

Extremely happy & grateful for the care our cat Willow was given whilst we were on our break. Lisa is lovely & it was great to receive a photo & update once Willow had settled there. We will definitely do our best to have him stay there again the next time we have a break!
