Cosy Cats Cattery

Taking my cat tomorrow but so far the service & contact have been brill. Booked a deluxe suite 😂 The choice is great! Just called and they will give him his tablets for the week. It's the only time I've felt good about him being away from me! #mummysboy. I still look forward to getting him back and relaxed though 😻

Well I don't think my cat wanted to leave the cattery, he was so relaxed and looked in tiptop condition! Thanks Cosy Cats we will definitely be bringing him back!!

We've been taking our boy Duggie to cosy cats since he was a baby (he's now 5).......... I sometimes think we should book a deluxe pen for ourselves for a week as he comes back so chilled!! Ann & Tony run the cattery in a very professional manner & clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. If you want complete peace of mind for your cat whilst your away i can't recommend Cosy Cats highly enough!

Ann & Tony are possibly the only cattery that I would leave Cotton with! They understand his strange ways and I feel completely confident when he is in their care. The pens are clean, comfortable and have a lovely view of the garden. Nothing is too much trouble and I would recommend Cosy Cats to anyone. Cotton returns home unstressed and well fed - thank you!

Absolutely devistating.

I've come home from my holiday early due to family reasons and I was amazed at what confronted me as I went through the door.

Firstly to be paying £26 per day and to find out my 3 cats had been sharing just the one pouch of food, is this a joke?

Secondly, I've had to pay for the days in which they should have been in however I was not told about this or even mentioned...
I wouldn't of minded paying the fee however because no one had told me and to be told I had to pay £150 more for days I am not even using...
it's absolutely ridiculous as on the spot I was told with no prior warning.

It's safe to say I will not be returning for the reasons stated but for my 3 cats to share just the 1 pouch between them is quite frankly unacceptable and a JOKE!

If I could rate it lower than 1 Star, I would.

My cat stayed here over Christmas and was very well looked after. Ann & Tony clearly care for all the cats that stay as though they are their own. Brilliant service with lovely pens that look out on to a beautiful garden with lots of wildlife to watch to entertain the kitties. The indoor part of the pen has heating and my kitty rarely left the warm cosy house. Would recommend to friends and family 😊

This is the most warm, welcoming, accommodating and beautiful cattery. The owners are kind, professional, informative and obviously love cats! The whole process, from being able to view the Cattery (prior to covid) to the eventual stay has been so easy. Ann emails regularly, keeps you well informed, sends photos & a written report of your kitties stay and the affection she has for her job is easy to see. I would recommend this Cattery to everyone. A real home from home :-)

Have used this cattery for over 15 years with 3 of our cats,ann and tony are so kind and experienced,such a lovely place and wonderfull care given to all kittys!!we never worry about our cats when they are with tony and ann,they always come back to us,healthy,happy and well cared for.excellent cattery ♥️
