Popped in the Pontypridd branch on Tuesday to sell my PlayStation 5 as I needed the cash. Friendly staff and helpful. Great prices for selling your ps5 here currently. I actually made a £30 profit on the ps5 retail price. I got paid the next day via bank transfer

Not the cheapest prices around but you get a two year warranty so kinda levels out most stuff is in good condition and easy to return if needed through warranty

Sold my iPhone 13 at CEX because I wasn't getting on with the iPhone format, got the cash and bought the p40 there, despite me uploading everything to Google no one mentioned that the p40 doesn't support Google anymore, no big deal just swap the phone. Which I did within 24 hours, wasn't even allowed my money back was just given a poxy voucher.
Got the Samsung S20, phone is completely useless, a full charge on it lasts TWO HOURS and the charging port is broke and will only charge with a wireless charger. Again offered no money back, just the voucher even though they have no phones for the voucher price and this will be my 3rd day going in within 24 hours with a faulty phone they supposedly "checked"

I was able to pick up a Raspberry Pi 3 from this outlet a few months ago (for a reasonably cheap price given the sudden spike in prices of computer parts at the time). The condition of the aforementioned product was excellent on collection and has seen no defects over the course of 3-4 months, which is a testament to the quality assurance of their products at this outlet. Additionally, the staff at this outlet are very friendly and helpful as they will direct you to the location of an item if you can't find it.

I don’t think I’ll ever have a better day out. I swapped 497 PS1, 2 and 3 games for £4.58 store credit and stopped smoking with the help of the in-house hypnotherapist. What a boon!!
