Like any CeX shop the staff can be diverse; some employees are a little short, but other members of staff are really bouncy and extremely vibrant people. The pull of the job attracts some eccentric personalities either way, and this is a very good thing.

Visiting the shop is always quite pleasurable, even if it's just to browse. There have been occasions where I've felt rushed or pressured due to queues and also because some staff are extremely fast workers, so this can detract from the atmosphere a little, but it's still a nice place to just "be".

Got to say somecof the staff here are good and knowledgeable. Bloke doing the testing needs a personality injection. Moody and assinine. His system was "apparently " down on Monday and the flippant comment, no directed to anyone in particular was that he didnt know when it was going to be back up and he had too much outstanding. Got out of bed the wrong side methinks. However went the next day znd the found fault on a new or three week old phone. Said it was slightly bent. Went to Cash Maxx round the corner, could find no fault, all done in 15 minutes and given £15 more cash than the rip off voucher scheme CEX give you. Staff at Cash Maxx more friendly and no attitude. Walk to Cash Maxx folks CEX has become too big for its own self belief they are tge best.

Staff are always 5* and I always have a good experience in store, but I've got to drop stars for the pricing structure. I know why it's like it is, I understand demand etc, but I do feel it's pretty predatory. This, and probably the worst thing is that they've been known to grade items at a lower grade when buying from customers, before listing them at a higher grade in store. This is a particularly nefarious practice.

Uncomfortable energy from the staff, like they don't care for your business, wouldn't recommend shopping here.

In an area with a poor signal, need to contact by phone which answer phone tells you to try other means, not good.
I'm owed money which should have been paid to me yesterday.

CEX is always a great place to buy and sell. Highly recommend.

Love this place. They'll take almost any electronics as long as they're working and will give you decent in-store credit. Cash value isn't much but I doubt you'd do better elsewhere. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will even tell you where you can take stuff that they can't to get a decent price for

It was ok, the games are reasonably priced nothing spectacular about it.
