Carly and all the staff do a great job, the gardens are always beautifully kept and everyone has always been really helpful to us.

Well yes when you arrive at the cemetery it looks lovely, beautiful tended Rose trees, pruned, fed and cared for... But walk a little further to what seems 'out of sight out of mind' then you see the reality... The cedar garden where my much loved and adored mother ashes are... The trees are 90% diseased ridden mess... I've had 3 replaced in 6 yrs, awaiting a 4th now... As for the heartbreaking site which is the babies ground.. Well it's a disgrace, there are no words, how these grieving families are greeted by splattered flowers, memorial toys etc must chill them to the bone, I wouldn't lay an animal there, uncared for and disgusting.. My heart goes out to these families.... The amount of money which most people struggle to find to pay for this is obscene... A little compassion goes a long way...

Would like to say how disgusted I am with the baby section where my son is buried we wet about a month ago and we were horrified by the state of it, nothing seems to have been done all overgrown we were horrified by the out of control trees which are planted on some of the babies graves which have now taken over a lot of the place some over twenty foot tall, by my sons grave was like a dumping ground of old branches and garden waste, we found the grounds man and asked him to come and have a look which he did, he said they had dumped the branches and garden waste and will get it moved when we said how terrible how the whole section looked and so unkempt he said that this baby section was know as THE ABANDONED SECTION, this is what he told my father I was not there and he would do something about it we my father went again today and guess what not a thing has been done not even cleared their rubbish I will be going into the office to speak to someone about it even though my father has already done so and was told we do have people off sick, how would anyone feel to be told where their loved ones are buried is the ABANDONED SECTION because it’s out of the way why bother

Yes front of cemetery looks great, but to back grass is out of control, need wellies to walk through, and when it gets cut grass is just left. We mow are own now and so do several other people, so please don't blame the weather. There are alot of people who are unable to do do it themselves. And they shouldn't have to cut grass surrounding the graves. It used to be so smart. Whats gone wrong ?
