I'm absolutely disgusted. I'd asked the funeral directors to provide 2 scatter tubes so I could take my dear mothers ashes home to Ireland and Canada to scatter. The crematorium said that would be an additional £40 to provide an additional certificate and to divide the ashes into separate tubes. Obscene when you think an additional copy of a death certificate is only £4 at the Registrar! So just when your at your lowest, good ol' Guildford Borough Council taxes you for another one of their illustrious services. Unbelievable.

The chapel is very dingy and feels very dated and needs a complete update, whilst I appreciate it's not meant to be jazzy and it's meant to be a sombre, the whole place just needs a darn good spruce up.

Wow, what an upgrade. Beautiful layout, well planned and spacious. All modern amenities with large presentation screen and sound systems. Music presentation was something else - surround sound and top quality. Some work on entrance still ongoing but will soon be finished. Can thoroughly recommend this 21st century marvel that focuses on peaceful dignity for all.

Having spent around £10M on the refurbishment of the buildings, it’s a shame the Remembrance Gardens weren’t included.
Having visited yesterday to view the rose we have paid for over a number of years, we were disgusted at the state of the area! Non of the roses had been pruned, the ground had not been turned over and was completely covered in weeds.
The cost to have a memorial rose is not cheap and it’s disgraceful that they are not being maintained.

What is happening to the once lovely crem ,the staff are not interested left us outside in the cold filling in forms ,had to bang on the window to get them out ,took our money and heard no more ,eventually I rung the guy who made my grandsons plaque only to find out it was already placed nobody bothered notifying us .today we all go to the tree to find my younger grandsons plaque has been removed no idea why ,losing my 21 year old grandson to murder my poor daughters son has been traumatic without all of this on top .And now it seems they are no longer opening Sundays the most popular day and are not open Christmas Eve or Christmas Day unbelievable 😡😡
