Danescourt Cemetery

Refused entry at 4.55 when opening is stated as 5.00 due to 15 mins lock up time which isn't stated antwhere on the website. I complained and received an apology and confirmation that I should have been allowed entry.

Danescourt is a well maintained cemerty and always feels peaceful. Plenty of parking

Kept well. But I’m super upset each time I visit my grandad and take flowers or ornaments or even vases they keep getting taken. Why doesn’t my garden deserve to have a lovely place of rest without people keep taking what’s not theirs!!!

Me and my family are utterly ashamed of how low people can stoop. I mean you can get flowers at a very low cost now from supermarkets, can’t you buy your own.

I have just driven for two and a half hours to visit my parents grave and the cemetary closed at 4pm despite the website saying 7pm. I am upset and equally disappointed that opening times cannot be kept up to date

Nice clean quiet cemetery.. we have had a few family members buried here.. open till 7pm everyday.. always good to come sit and pray for loved ones that we have lost..

Its nothing big, but the scenery inside the graveyard to the left of the church is quite nice. There are no faults. Grass is always cut. Water for plants on graves.

Well tended and looked after, many benches. A respectful, apt place.
