Their staff are very responsive to any questions you pose to them and when they do not know the answe , they will seek the advice of their senior team and come back to you in a timely manner. They are efficient team that use IT to high level to deliver a good service and have encouraged our surgery to use Zero to streamline our accounts. They have just started a podcast which is a wonderful way of informing us of changes in the accountancy field and hopefully with time other areas too. As they are a firm specialising in providing accountancy services to GP surgeries, they are able to provide benchmarks for all our QoF and Enhanced Services work. This is useful tool to compare yourself to your peers.
