Overall rating of average; 3 stars. The practice manager, Janet Shapcott can be rather rude at times when speaking to her via the telephone. However, receptionist Chris is very polite and willing to help. Other woman in reception, isn't very helpful and in need of training. Spoke to Sharon in Payroll in regards to my business, very knowledgable of the payroll sector but slightly miserable at times. Spoke with the Director, Nick Parkes, rather quiet but very friendly and welcoming, and has a lot of knowledge of the industry.

After leaving a message with the friendly and professional receptionist I spoke to Nick Parkes for advice regarding CGT. He was extremely pleasant to chat with and very helpful, responding to my enquiry much faster than I could have expected. I would strongly recommend based on this experience.
