Asked me to put glassware in the bag I brought in and they don’t want things lying around upstairs and therefore they don’t accept donations unless in a bag. The black bag was quite flimsy so it was tricky to carry up to the stairway without ripping. No hello, no thank you, or ‘on this occasion i’ll accept items without a bag’, just a definite feeling that I was annoying her bringing stuff in! Maybe she’s doesn't like the job. I’ll take our things to another charity shop on Haslingden next time.
