All year round country park.
Brilliant ancient woodlands, ideal for walking the doggies, picnics, exploring the woods and taking nature photographs.

There is a full cafe with great snacks and cakes, plus toilets.
Free parking.
Deer abound, as do squirrels and frogs, foxes, bats and fungi, it's all here.

In the warm season, there is even a free electric cart hire golf buggy to take aged relatives around the woods, the pathway is maintained.

Off the beaten track, there are many different wooded areas, all very different.
