Lack of communications from company assigned to pick up the car for auction; so 4 out of 5. Otherwise a 5 star idea.

Giving mum’s car was a stress free experience at a very stressful time. The pick up man was very respectful and professional. Being able to donate nearly £900 to Parkinson’s UK was amazing. Thank you so much to Giveacar. I would recommend you.

Great experience with giveacar, they came and collected my old car which was no longer road legal at a convenient time and then kept me informed of the process and how much money they had managed to make for charity. They even sent me a xmas card :)

A simple way to pass on a vehicle and let my chosen charity benefit. Giveacar do all the work. It is a very transparent process and all fully documented. Well done!

Very easy start to finish. Chap who collected car was excellent, reversing trailer down narrow lane and starting car after years standing. He even helped me out of vehicle inspection pit when plank gave way! All done very quickly and efficiently so highly recommended.

This was the first time I had used a charity to sell my car. Giveacar was very professional keeping me update with the time frame to collect. The Charity that I chose ( Supporters of Stray and Abandoned Dogs) gave me a wonderful letter letting me know how much they received from selling the car and that was very much appreciated. I would recommend Giveacar every time if you are in a position to give your own car to charity.

Saw this service, thought great idea. I had a 20 year old banger that was at the end of its life. Emailed and so hassle free. Collected a few days later, after a while thought that the costs involved meant nothing for the charity. Got a letter this week from the dogs home which made my day and made my week (hopefully more sausages for them). Surprised how much they ended up with. Great idea and great service, so many choices of charities.
