I totally agree with the previous person about her review. I had such a bad experience at Fullwell leisure centre today. Unfroffedsonal staff so called manager who does not know anything about what their policies are. Refused to refund my parking ticket, refused to put me through to another manager as she was so incompetent doing her job.Told me no other managers were theren when infect there was another manager on duty when i phoned the centre two mintued later. She was rude, unfroffessional, and lied to the other manager when she was confronted by me and belive she was racist. Its an appaling attatude and discussting service. They do not treat people as human beings with any feelings. Its discussting.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
STAFF MEMBERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, IGNORANT, DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT! THEY REFUSED TO LET ME USE THE EASY ACCESIBLE TOILET WHEN I HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS. THEY VERBALLY ABUSED ME & THREATENED ME ON THE DAY OF MY RELATIVES WEDDING! THE MANAGERS ARE NO BETTER AS THEY DID NOT ACT ACCORDINGLY WITH MY COMPLAINT AND EVEN TRIED TO SHIFT THE BLAME UPON ME AFTER I SHOWED PROOF OF THE MISTREATMENT! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND HAVE ALLOWED THE TWO STAFF MEMBERS IN QUESTION TO BE VULGAR TOWARDS ME. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE WAY THE COMPANY HAVE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED HOW SERIOUS THIS MATTER IS. IT IS A CRYING SHAME I CANNOT LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS. I WONT BE SURPRISED IF THEY CONTINUE TO FABRICATE MATTERS AND SPREAD MORE MALICIOUS LIES BUT I WILL STAND BY THE TRUTH. I WARN OTHERS NOT TO ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. BOYCOTT RCL ILFORD REDRIDGE IMMEDAITELY. I HAVE BEEN REVIEWING ON GOOGLE FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN OFTEN PRAISED FOR MY HONESTY SO I HELP THIS HELPS OTHERS NOT TO MAKE A MISTAKE AND ASSOCIATE WITH THEM.

Absolute joke of a website. You have to book in advance for gym sessions, but if you cannot recall your "Member ID", there is no way to retrieve it. So you have a create a new account. But then the PIN to login never gets given it, so you still can't login. You try resetting the pin, and get told there's a problem with sending an email, and to contact the gym?? Do they actually waste our council tax on this? Nothing ever works. You can actually get volunteers to develop a working website instead of this rubbish.

Instead of promoting inappropriate stuff in the libraries in front of young children they should rather promote the love of reading and learning new skills. Provide the children with opportunities/clubs which can help them excel in maths, science, computing, languages, sports and arts. Support the schools that are doing well, both comprehensive and grammar. Also, train the staff to treat the customers with respect.

New to area! The woman in reception with short blonde hair tattoos I find very rude! Attitude at her age…
I ask for manager as I had a issue with booking online… the manger looked like he was only 20 lol no help at all when mentioned about his staff he laughed and said she was just telling you wow! I was on phone explaining to my husband the same woman then said to me well what do u expect… I was having a private conversation. Also witnessed a Asian woman asking a question then left and the same woman replied to her other work colleague she can’t understand English what’s the point

Wot kind of manger do u have also train your staff with good customer service at least

In regards to VISION SWIMMING service: My wife accidentally missed a payment by a week as we were away (after years of our two kids attending classes) and we're booted out of the class and told there are no other classes available. No final warning email or polite reminder, just a 'computer says no' from the staff at Fullwell Cross swimming pool and both kids moved back on the waiting list. Some of the staff are really helpful, but others are just downright rude and should not be allowed to deal with members of the public. Was about to move my gym membership over from Repton Park to the Fulwell gym as it's easier to get to, dodged a bullet there! Glad I didn't!

I enjoyed my time with the team I worked with. free, focus ,flexible, determined and smart working. Tony, Rick and Paul are wonderful team players, it was a great privilege.
