They've got so much used furniture & a bit of crockery, silverware & home textiles. Prices clearly marked. Staff were friendly & willing to help me out. Perfect for those on a budget who need to fill their house!

We are so lucky to have such a great charity in our community. The staff here are exceptional. They offer a large discount to those in receipt of benefit but even for those not the prices are incredibly affordable and the furniture offered is of great quality. Delivery is available and nothing is too much for the guys delivering - we are a 3rd floor flat and they always turn up with a smile and no complaints about delivering upstairs (unlike many companies!). Delivery Is always on time and only ever a few days from the date of purchase. Furnistore have helped us out many a time over the years for which I am incredibly grateful. If you haven't visited before I would highly recommend it - lots of great furniture, appliances and bric a brac items available and a truly great local cause to get behind.

Easy to find, free parking. Great choice and helpfull staff very cheap prices too.

There is one member of staff there who is extremely rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful, he also talks over the customer so you can't get a word in. This is totally unacceptable. He also came and delivered an item of furniture and was exactly the same, checking every slightest little mark. He even refused to give me a hand with another item and I have carpal tunnel syndrome. My partner couldn't help me as she had just had a major operation. All in all extremely poor service. I won't be using them again and I'd recommend others don't either. Even one star is too much

This a great place to find quality furniture at very reasonable prices and money going to a good cause. Well worth checking regularly if you're moving, seems new stock it's always coming in. I managed to get matching coffee table, desk and TV stand here all John Lewis over the period of a month. Highly recommended👍

I have been visiting FS for over 10 years. The team care about the service they provide and have helped most members of my family through hard times. I love to visit because of the friendly welcome, the prices and the selection. The team go out of their way to help, I am selective about what I buy and love to update good quality items to create a warm welcoming home. Long may they continue.photos attached.
