Miserable unhelpful staff. I purchased a pair of trousers and noticed the fabric was breaking away from the seams and beyond repair. I had my receipt which clearly stated ladies trousers purchased only 2 days previously. I looked for an exchange but there was nothing suitable. I hadn't realised that the shop ticket which had been attached on the inside rather than the outside of the garment had come away -possibly whilst I was trying on the trousers. I understand the return policy but an element of good will or even a polite refusal or smile would have gone a long way to encourage further custom. I am not even able to gift aid these unwanted faulty trousers to another charity as they are unsaleable. Despite being a regular charity shop shopper and generous gift aider,I will not be giving my custom or donations to this particular charity again. Buyer beware !
