I love this store. Really friendly service for a start. Always someone to help with genuine intent. Products are put out constantly and of high calibre and quality. I've aquired some fabulous furniture bargains as they have a household section too. Wardrobes, armchairs, tables, all sorts of things depending on whats come in. An immense bric a brac section where I've picked up some like new kitchen stuff, photo frames, lamps and modern ornaments. Then I've also aquired some gorgeous vintage pieces, tea sets, plates by Fenton, Wedgewood, Royal Daulton, The Real Willow company and the list goes on. Lovely selection of books and childrens toys. Everything is good quality and well preserved. Presentation is perfect. I can't wait for my next fix.

I’ve always donated to this charity , I had cleared out some items from my home that were like new and decided to drop them off at Ammanford store , last time I donate to this store due to covid restrictions I was told to take them around the back of the building and knock so I did park around the back and knocked the door , I started to unload these items from the boot of my car and from behind me a man in his late 20 s early 30s very scruffy looking with curly dark hair shouted you can’t dump them there , Which I replied I’m not dumping them I’ve knocked the door and I’m awaiting a answer if nobody answered I would go around the front and speak to them there is no parking allowed in the front of this store as traffic warden does book if finds you thier . He the replied while working off you have to take them to the front , I then said last time I had donated I was told to donate at the back of the store and he rudely said to take them somewhere else , I was deeply upset by this and a older lady who was also parked up said she was disgusted by how he spoke to me , I’ve always supported this charity due to growing up in foster care , the items I were donating if had sold for at least £4 each minim would of raised over £800 easy for the store thier was 12 designer handbags also which cost hundreds of pounds which I never would of as stated DUMPED outside , I gather this man obviously worked in the store but he was incredibly rude and bad mannered and I will not be donating to this store in future I took these items to cancer reasearch store where they were gratefully received
Very disappointed customer and donater

Went here to arrange a collection of bulky donations. Staff were very helpfull, was given a time slot for the van to arrive and it was on time. Collection volunteers were very helpfull.
