A great investment! As a new business owner I was worried about spending money on accounting services, but investing in Pearl Chartered Accountants was a great decision. They helped get my bookkeeping set up, they manage all the tax submissions for me, and they give me the confidence that I am managing my company accounts properly. The introduction and set up process was smooth. Their staff are friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I don't have to worry about the accounts, I can focus on my customers instead.

I am a sole trader(no limited company).
Previously went to them to ask to do my accounts in Hounslow.
They demanded fee upfront, before asking anything, which I paid.
The accounts they did were a disaster. When I tried to confront them, logged a formal complaint, I was fobbed off and no recourse to get my fee back.
I have since filed my own Tax return online with HMRC and didnt have any issue.
Stay away from these money grabbing fraudsters.
