Been great working with Mark right from the get-go , always contactable to chat through any concerns you have, great advise and has really helped our business and really point us in the right direction. We gave him a lot of work when our previous accountant passed away and Mark has really pulled out all of the stops to get us back on track. Mark has picked up my accounts at very short notice and has done an excellent job. He is always contactable and happy to give advice. As part of the transfer of accounts to Cloud Concepts Accounting, Mark has recommended the use of QuickBooks and has helped me transfer my business records from a spreadsheet based accounting system.
