They didn't have it easy with the take over but are boincing back. There have been changes to the staff which has made a big difference. Calls are returned, i can ring and make an appointment to see my account whenever I like and the staff are always very helpful and friendly especially the admin who takes the calls. My accounts were done in plenty if time and i had a good chat through them with my accountant who explained everything in plain English. Their prices are better than some of the other accounts that i know some friends go to in the local area.
I would recommend without hesitation.

Since the take over by Six Star Powys service and response to requests , phone calls and emails has been non existent. I do NOT recommend
