I had a very good experience with Arnold & Baldwin. I was on a very tight turnaround to try and exchange contracts with the vendor and received vitally important verbal feedback from the surveyor right after they visited the property. This meant i could immediately get on with looking into the issues raised. The survey report also came in good time which provides a good map of what needs to be done to the house to bring it up to scratch with the things that aren't so urgent. Definitely it was money well spent getting the level 3 report.

I am very happy with the service I received from Arnold and Baldwin. I had been ringing around for hours trying to find a surveyor but as soon as I rang here I spoke to someone both efficient and personable and felt able to book one. As soon as the survey had taken place the surveyor rang me to give me the highlights rather than having to wait for the report. As I needed an extra dampness and timber survey the office was able to recommend companies that I could use. I would happily use Arnold and Baldwin again.
