Used these recently, booking was fast and easy, all i had to do was give them the property adress and the agents phone number!. The survey was carried out the following week and i was emailed the report which was set out very profesionally and was easy to understand. I was also sent a hard copy of the report in the post with a CD containing HD photos of the propertys defects/reccomendations, Great experiance, reasonable price, i would definately reccomend using them.
