As a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing and he put me at ease immediately. His survey was remarkably thorough and he talked me through his findings as he went and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent through the whole process. I got in touch with Chris from Lynwoods when I was selling my dads house to give me a survey report. Chris come to the property and he was very professional and went through all the details of what the survey entailed. Within a matter of days the report was finished and emailed to me and to say I was impressed is a understatement.
