Do not touch this company with a barge pole! We have had the misfortune to deal with Amy Durkin at the Plymouth office, their poor advice has cost us thousands of pounds! They are slow, inefficient, expensive and unknowledgable!

In answer to your response - Amy advised us to stop trading immediately on our b and b business or we would incur business rates on all parts of the house used for the business. This would have made the business untenable as we would not be trading 12 months a year. Unfortunately we took Amy at her word, we took down our Web site and immediately stopped trading. It wasn't until last month I contacted Teignbridge Council who assured me this was utter rubbish and anyone is entitled to let 3 rooms in their house without paying business rates!!! Your firm has cost us a year's income in your dreadful, uninformed advice!!!!!

Ian Davidson was very attentive and helpful at all times. He should get a bonus!
