UK Chauffeur Solutions Ltd (FEC)

We used Fylde Exec Cars originally for our wedding car, their 1929 Burnham Saloon really made the day. Since then, we have used them for our holiday travel to Manchester Airport. They recently launched a local taxi service for Lytham St Annes so now we can use Fylde Executive Cars for all our travel. Keep up the good work!

We booked executive mercedes minibuses from Lytham St Annes to Manchester airport for my best friends hen party. The service was 1st class from the office staff to the chaffuers that drove us. Very pleasant, professional and the cars were immaculate throughout. Excellent value for the money. I would definatley use FEC again and highly recommend to use them for travelling what ever the occasion.

We used Fylde Exec Cars 7 Seat Luxury Mercedes V Class people carrier for a family anniversary night out. The car was brand new and the Chauffeur courteous and very well presented.
Fylde Exec are Blackpools leading limousine company and from the experience we had you can understand why. We will be using tgem again for our holiday transfer to Liverpool Airport latet this year

Travelled using the VIP service and we were provided with an S class to Manchester Airport...fantastic service and very professional...even supplied water, papers and sweets in the car for us at no extra charge. Very impressed

We used a wheelchair access taxi today, to take my mum from a local nursing home in Lytham St Annes to a local
pub
and return. Only a short journey but very difficult to hire wheelchair access cabs in the region.
Really impressed with service, with a new, clean vehicle and helpful and courteous driver. I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication and did not return calls as promised. Had to keep chasing for them to get back to me and told me incorrect information. They claim to cover all of the UK but appears that they are really covering a specific area! Bizarre

I was told originally you covered Chester then you tell me you cannot. Then when I said I was told you could originally you say you will get back in contact with me. Nobody from your firm called me back. You have responded very quickly to my feedback it’s just a shame you didn’t respond this quickly with my original enquiry. Don’t try and dig yourself out of the hole your firm has already dug!!!

Was a shame as we have always used them. Tried for weeks to get a reply for a booking. Called numerous times no answer, sent in request through there on line form. No reply. When I eventually got hold of someone there weren't interested, rude and fully booked.
We won't be using again.

I called several times during normal working hours, it wasn't a weekend or short notice. Travel dates were for 6/8 weeks in advance. We tried the latest on line app and booking form. Still waiting for reply. If an old system is still available on line you should be redirected to one that works. Not blame the person trying to book your service.

My recent experience with FEC wasn't particularly impressive, firstly the website is very poor and very difficult to log on to and make a reservation. Secondly I called to make a reservation and the male on the end of the phone didn't even take my name or number or provide me with any sort of booking reference. When you're paying £130 for a one way trip to Manchester I would expect a much better service. The driver of the car was nice and good at his job, but, the additional stress of wondering if he would turn up in the early hours of the morning made this an experience very far from executive.
