Specialist Cars Stevenage - Service Centre

Booked my MINI in for its annual service & MOT online. Turned up, checked in, service & MOT duly completed, tapped my card, drove home happy.

Simplicity, took slightly longer than hoped but all in all a result. I’ll be back again.

Waiting to long to see the Service Manager, so left. Another disappointing visit.

Very good service, nice experience

Not great to be honest. Just taken my car in and while the staff are all very nice, it just seems to be all over the place. My tip - get everything in writing, get a breakdown of what they're doing to do and what each thing costs.
I don't think they rip you off on purpose but everything is verbal and prices, process, costs just changes all the time.

Won't be going back.

No great service the staff are extremely helpful when buying a new or used car but once you've braught the car the after care service is terrible frustrating because they just don't want to know about faults

Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of the denouement with my car and staff were very polite and helpful.

I put my vehicle in service 500 miles later they say it needs a serive again and traction power. fuel consumption increased
