Cannot rate them highly enough, 5 stars seems too little! William delivered a faultless service and made buying and part exchanging an absolute dream. Nothing was too much hassle for him and the whole process was seamless. I’d recommend anyone to go here and see the whole team as they all helped when I turned up without an appointment and provided a speedy turnaround time. William honestly made buying a new car enjoyable when before I’d spoken to him I was dreading the entire process. Thank you!

Joe and the rest of the team at Hendy have been friendly, courteous and helpful during my purchase of a new EV - my first ever Renault. Due to circumstances beyond their control the whole situation could have been very stressful, but they've made it a very pleasant experience, even going so far as to drop my new car off at my home, and the loan of a courtesy vehicle whenever needed. If the service continues at this level I can see myself staying with Renault in the future!
