French & German Car Services Limited

Ever since I started using French and German Car Services they have gone above and beyond to give a great service. I work for the R.A.C and would never take any of my customers anywhere else.
They go beyond the call of duty and there has even been a time where they got one my customers out of a parking ticket. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a professional, friendly team that do a great job, these are your guys!

I visited this garage to assist with my company car that another garage did a poor job on with several electrical problems. These guys took their time to do the diagnostics and when it turned out the jobs were so badly done that it would be uneconomical to repair they rang to tell me the bad news in the most polite manner. They waived their charges for the diagnostics and even kindly kept car in their busy car park for 2 weeks until a returned from a trip away from London. This garage are so friendly, courteous, honest and fair in their dealings with me. They also advised me when my wife's car was badly damaged on a head on collision again they were courteous and never seemed the types to take advantage when people are in difficulties.
Great chaps and I recommend them.

My wife & I were visiting family in London and our van packed in. The RAC took the van to F&G car services who couldn't have been better. They were so helpful and went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a garage. We were desperate to get back home for an important engagement so the guys stayed on 4 full hours to finish the job. I just wish that we had such a dedicated and reliable garage closer to where we live!

A premium price for a premium service. I can't fault the quality of the work done and the customer service provided was excellent.

I was brought in as an RAC breakdown and the work was carried out quickly and hassle free. Would have no problem recommending to anyone in the area looking for a friendly garage.

I went into the garage today and asked them to help me with a small fault in my car. They didn't hesitate to help and were extremely speedy. Amazing customer service! They also detected a few other problems with my car which they also fixed at no charge. Amazing car garage, highly recoomended!

Amazing local garage that specialise in French and German cars. Nice big and professional place with very down to Earth owners. Mike is a gentlemen who is very open and honest and makes you feel at ease. I contacted several garages for a problem I had and was quoted £75 just to do diagnostics - Mike straight away guessed what the problem was and fixed it for half that amount. He said wait 2 weeks and see if the problem comes back. It hasn't.

I will be taking my car back again to check my AC - I have finally found a place I can trust. Don't get me wrong they operate a business but I felt they offer a win/win solution based on your needs and budget.

I am so impressed with the service of this garage. I live in Canvey Island but work in Holloway Road and on my way to work my brake warning light illuminated, I do alot of miles and this worried me considerably. I work long hours and am going on holiday next week and was panicking about getting my car repaired. I googled garages near work and found this garage that specialise in german cars (I have a BMW) I read the reviews and most were good. I rang them and explained my predicament and Steve said to bring car straight down as he couldn't not fit me in knowing how far I travel. I took car there and was quoted really good price for brakes I was happy. Collected car later same day and it had been cleaned and hoovered aswell, so impressed with service and customer care, complete package and highly recommend their services!! I understand that for anyone with limited car knowledge, getting your car repaired by a mechanic for the first time is a leap into the unknown. And with reason; there are a lot of operators out there looking to make a fast buck. My experience with the team at French and German was first class from minute one. I had a pretty big job needed and the team talked me through everything and explained what was required. Fortunately for me, my cousin runs a garage in Bournemouth, so I knew what I should be paying for the service and labour. The team at French & German quoted me right on the money and provided a brilliant service. They even picked up my car from my house and towed it into the garage free of charge.
