Unfortunately things didnt go to planned as we missed our flight, lost our phone with the contact number for the driver who was meant to pick us up at Heathrow London Airport.
When we finally did get to London and contacted them from the airport , we were told the driver tried ringing us and waited for over an hour and since we we did not notify them that we missed the flight, we could not get a refund. Apparently they still have to pay the driver . We told them we lost our phone....

The best company to deal with. Great communication with email confirmation and whatsapp with driver details including phone number was great. They were able to change our pick up time when our flight was delayed. Great value for money. Would highly recommend heathrow london limos.

It was well worth the money arranging our transport before we arrived in London on our first visit there. Saved us time and effort trying to figure out the best way to get into Central London
