Surrey Jag Centre

There are experts about certain cars and then there are experts about these certain cars but the amount of knowledge about everything to do with Jaguar that I found at Surrey Jag Centre is beyond description. Every part and problem, from the smallest wire or whatever to the biggest component, they knew, they fixed and I have never met a more honest and nicest bunch of people. If you have a Jag and you have something wrong and take it to your local garage, you risk getting the wrong part for the wrong solution and risk having to go back and complain. My transmission was wonky but now perfect, my heating was made perfect, every major, and minor faults spotted and I was even given the choice whether to fix or not. The best for getting your love and joy Jaguar sorted out.

I decided to try the Surrey Jag Centre following a series of extremely disappointing experiences with a major main dealer. Ray and his team are quite simply the best. Their knowledge about Jaguars is second to none. Ray has a love and passion for the Marque that is evidenced in the detail and the work his team carries out. No corners cut, every detail covered. No hesitation in changing a part if felt this was needed. I was almost at the point where I was going to change the car but Ray and his team have restored my faith in the Jaguar brand. Looking forward to taking the car back to the Surrey Jag Centre, hopefully for many years to come. Trevor

I visited Surrey Jaguar Centre today to get my Jaguar F Pace serviced. I had read all the reviews and figured this was the best independent closest to me.
I was greeted by the owner Ray who made me feel at ease with his customer pleasing manner. The car was ready in 2 hours, that even included an MOT.
It was a very good experience from start to finish and Ray was able to refer me to another establishment for purchase of some tyres in the near future. I was also able to get advice from Ray about upgrading the power on my Jaguar XE S.
A very professional firm, with the right attitude towards helping there customers. I would definitely recommend.

UPDATE ON THE UPDATES! Off to SJC for the due service of my XJ351! Booked in a month ahead of schedule 27/7/22. What can I say? Again faultless service and professionalism. Ray advised, that became I had covered comparatively few miles, a lesser service was all that was required 👍 again everything explained clearly and simply and priced fairly. First class people to deal with in every way. Go Ray and the lads. Go SJC. Go see them.

My recent Mot, highlighted two things that needed attention! Chiefly a small piece of corrosion and a need to replace the two rear tyres. Ray as ever took care of everything regarding the corrosion and was kind enough to advise on the replacement tyres. Thanks to Dan for fitting my Growler starting button, much appreciated. I never fail to be impressed by how calm and well organised the whole place is, it's an oasis of calm. The customer area, reception and toilets are immaculate. ................... UPDATE ON THE UPDATE OF THE UPDATE! 🤔 😊 Noticed that the car was no longer automatically using the start stop function, rightly guessed that this might be a battery issue, quick call to the previous owner confirmed it was the original battery. Off to SJC where Luke ran a test which confirmed it was only running at 65% .Opted to have it replaced with a Jaguar original battery, well worth the extra cost to ensure piece of mind, quality and safety... SJC don't charge for fitment but they do offer a recalibration for a very reasonable price... Ray as ever dealt with everything and fully explained what would be done and what to expect as the car settled down. Here is the best thing about dealing with a company of SJC's quality! You can rest assured that everything they say and tell you is true, every job is necessary and done to the highest standard. And for me that is priceless. As ever Go SJC. Go Ray and the lads Go see them...... Car in for its first service (31/08/21) despite being temporarily short staffed the car was done while I waited - it's a round trip of 50 miles - and again thanks to Luke for taking care of everything so efficiently.

Ray and the lads now in charge of my Jaguar X351... As ever they know their stuff... Needed some work done on the car, chiefly the throttle link and the (dreaded) DPF! fortunately the work was covered by the warranty that came with the car. Ray took care of everything and I commissioned work on the bushes and suspension, again all work discussed, prices crystal clear and agreed upfront... 18 years and counting with SJC! Would I go anywhere else? No, never. First class people, running a first class service. Go Ray and the lads, Go SJC, Go see them....

Fuel pump gave up the ghost (among other things!) on my XJ8! Ray and the lads dealt with everything quick sticks. A big shout out to Luke for going above and beyond 👍 have been using Surrey Jag for about 15 years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Ray and the lads know their stuff, everything is explained in straightforward language, no repairs undertaken till everything has been agreed and costs accepted up front

After a phone conversation with Ray about the issues I had been having with my ABS system on my XK8 4.2S I arranged to visit Surrey Jag Centre to have the replacement ABS pump / module coded to my car.

I am pleased to say the issue is now cured .. no more warning lights!
The confidence that Ray had in them being able to sort it for me was well placed.
