On the Road Car Care

On the recommendation of another Garage, I brought my BMW320d in for a Terraclean. I was very pleased with the result. Mine is very high mileage, and the difference in power and smoothness was really noticeable (even by passengers). Since then I have been back with another car for the same, had some body work done etc and some repair work ongoing as I type. Lee is very flexible and does what he says when he promises it.

Lee managed to bring my car back to life after being told from a established garage it needed a new engine.
I initially got in contact with him to give me a price for a new engine as he was referred by a friend, we agreed a price and then arranged for the car to be taken to his garage, after a couple of days I was told that after careful diagnostics the problem was not the engine it related to something else which was fixed for nothing near the cost of a new engine, now the car is running like new.
This is not just a job to Lee it is a passion which is evident in the service he offers.

Working in the area I googled the nearest Terra Clean provider.
Lee explained the treatment and the potential benefits, I immediately felt confident in Lees professional capability and happily entrusted my BMW 635D to his capable hands.
Prior to the full EGR, Fuel and turbo treatment, my car had been suffering poor MPG and loss of poor despite only ever being given the best fuels etc.
Upon completion the Bimmer is returning 50MPG and all the crazy power has returned. She is lovely and smooth once more and a pleasure to drive.
Lee was extremely straight forward, honest and reliable, I would whole heartedly recommend this garage.

Have tried 4 other local garages over the last few years and just been totally ripped off and they didn't even manage to sort the problems most of the time. Went to Lee at On the Road Car Care because of the good reviews. Lee's diagnostics were far more thorough than anyone else i've ever dealt with and he kept me informed every step of the way in respect of what he was doing, even supplying photos of the components and diagnostic results and providing me with lifts to and from the garage. Got the car back today and it drives perfectly so far - will definitely use these guys again and can definitely recommend if you're looking for someone reliable, honest and who's not likely to put the 'Virginia Water' tax on the bill with the assumption that you're a millionaire. Only quibble is that they definitely need a bigger workshop!

I can’t speak highly enough of Lee. We had a tricky issue with our car following a crash that the insurance company couldn’t fix. I took the car to lee, he diagnosed the fault quickly, accurately and kept me informed the whole way through. He then fixed the car and got it back on the road in a few days. He saved me loads of hassle and money. Thank you so much Lee, outstanding.

What a lucky find. I had an issue with an airbag warning light. It proved more tricky than we’d ever imagined, but Lee wouldn’t give in.

Have been using these genuine guys for a couple of years now. They maintain my fleet of vehicles swiftly and in my opinion affordable too in comparison to experiences past tense locally. Couldn't recommend them any more than I have.Credit, where credit is due!
