The guys did a great job on replacing the clutch and hydraulics on my Freelander. They can be a little relaxed at getting back to you on status/updates, but it was a quality job at a reasonable cost. Will use them again, even if just for an MOT

I have been using CARS for well over a decade and they're brilliant. Friendly, fairly priced and completely trustworthy. As a woman I spent years looking for a mechanic I could trust! You do have to chase them up sometimes (they get very busy) but the service Joe offers more than makes up for that. Highly recommended.

Ive been using this garage for the last 2 yrs for servicing and MOT. Had 2 repairs done recently and have to say they were both done quickly and were reasonably priced. Joe seems like decent guy, and all his staff are very nice and helpfull too. I’ll definitely be going back.

The best customer service experience.

I phoned up in the morning at 8.45 and spoke to Joe (the owner) and told him my aircon was not working, within 15 minutes I was at the garage to have the aircon checked, unfortunately it was not my gas but the condensor at fault which meant the gas was leaking out, I left my car with them and Joe gave me a lift back to Guildford,
At 17.15 Joe called back to say it was ready Joe also topped up my other levels and oil. I drove a very very cold car home, aircon was only on low. I am very glad I made the phone call this morning and I thoroughly recommend them.

So Joe (owner) is a thoroughly decent chap, however there seems total lack of urgency. If you use his services, whatever you do, don't say, "no hurry" as this could result in totally unreasonable back of the queue and forget situations arising. When you leave a car to get some relatively basic repairs done, and a month later is still there with no routine updates offered at all, this is not acceptable in my book.

After breaking down the AA brought me to the garage .. broken suspension spring and blowout... it took them 4 days to do.. I received a phone call before any work had been done asking me for 600 pounds and they didn't know how to email a receipt. I asked why am I paying before any work has been done.. the response was because I'm a new customer they do not believe I will pay the amount. How ever I had already told them I was in the army and my partner is a policewoman. I've never been so insulted and better that they ordered the wrong spring for my vehicle.
