Fantastic service from all the team at Wessex Fiat Newport. Picked up our daughters 18th Birthday present a Fiat 500 from them as a surprise. The team went over and above to make this a very special occasion for our daughter who was absolutely delighted. First class customer care, we would highly recommend them.

Great experience at the Newport branch- despite the fact that the whole team was very busy, everyone was really friendly and helpful- from our first contact Luke Edwards’ then Matt’Rhiannon,Shauna and Wal- everyone was fab! Ben Gratton was a very friendly, helpful salesman who made buying my second fiat 500 a doddle. Both Ben & Rhiannon Spiers couldn't have been more helpful. Very professional. I will be back in 2 or 3 years for my next fiat.Look forward to it.

Car was ready much earlier than advised.Fogot to tell them not wash car as it is dirtier than before,water marks all over glass and bodywork but at least the lights appear to be working.First class service from Kelly on reception.

Appalling customer service. Booked my wife's car in on good faith after a telephone conversation after her air conditioning had stopped working. Travelled 45 mins to get there (nearest Fiat garage). My wife's car is an early-2016, 65 plate Fiat 500X. Previously visited Wessex Newport in late-2017 when the air conditioning was not working for investigation. Told at the time that the system was re-gassed and leak tested with no problems detected, despite me feeling it was odd that a <2 year old car had air conditioning that blew only warm air, not just reduced efficiency. Attended again yesterday as described because yet again, the air conditioning is not working. Told by the lady in the service department that the air conditioning needs servicing every two years (well if I'm not mistaken, it's not been two years since it was last re-gassed). No offer of good grace, nothing. Told I'd have to pay £145 for a re-gas and then any further sums if problems were identified with the system, how long is a piece of string?! Evident to me there was a problem less than two years ago when it was taken to Wessex Newport for investigation, or so they told me, yet the only record they have is that it was only re-gassed? Pathetic. Will not return. Could learn a lot from Sinclair Volkswagen Newport where I've had absolutely flawless service since purchasing my new Tiguan in early 2017.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Walked around the forecourt for about 25 minutes looking for staff. Couldn't find anyone and was then ignored when I tried to ask someone who worked there for help. They didn't take me seriously, I suspect as I was in jeans and a hoodie. I have since bought a car from another dealer that ignored the casual dress and was very helpful.

First class service from Rhiannon and her team. This is the 5th car that we've had from Wessex, always a pleasure to deal with, very attentive and professional.... and the girls in the service department are lovely.

Excellent customer service especially David Cheung who is very helpful and customer focused he helped us buy our car he even phoned us up a day later to make sure we were happy with our car highly recommend going here
