Took my car for a service today, which was done while you wait .I was only there for 1hr 30mins.The lady on the service desk was very helpful and professional (Jayne).it was nice to have such get after care.I have had my car for 1 yr and meeting the sales guy again (Steve)
Who sold me the car. He remembered me and took time to come over to ask how the car, me and the family was.
All the staff are so helpful. I'm glad I brought a Seat from them.

Purchased 3 evoque's from this dealership 2 when it was stratsone and 1 with this dealer in the last 4 years, put a deposit down on 27 April 2021 for a autobiography evoque for £55000, asked Paul who had taken my deposit if I could've regular updates only had 2 updates in all this time, last was by text the customer service from this company is a disgraceful, had to cancel my order because of this, will go back to stratsones in Cardiff,

I came to have help in connecting my phone to the satnav screen I have my contacts on it but it does not leave me connect my satnav directions to the large screen from my googl map from my phone and it was a young lady who served me she was telling me what to do but I have already tried to do it myself but was not getting no luck the lady disconnected all on my Bluetooth and told me to go to the car and reset it but it only was connecting my contracts on my phone so I'm back to square one the lady also told me that they were not allowed to go in the car but they did not have too as they could have directed me from the outside of my car and probably would have sorted the problem out or what I was doing wrong so I came away from there deflated and a waste of a journey as it was not sorted for me but I have had good experience before today .

Very happy with the help from the representative Joe Kelly he was able to answer all are questions and we got the car we wanted and very happy with it.
