Chicken Kitchen

Good food. Well priced. It's a small restaurant that has become immensely popular with the locals, so you can imagine it can get very crowded. Be prepared to wait 20 to just place an order. But it will be worth it in the end. They kept the menu simple and very much focused around the chicken with a good variety; jerk, grilled, BBQ and fried. The fries are so good here.

Definitely one of the most overhyped places I've ever had. I ordered the dumpling chicken burger with jerk wings and fruit punch. I'm not a fan of the dumpling bread and the chicken/bread ratio was pretty bad. The chicken was half the size of the dumpling. The jerk wings were horrible, do not even bother. The only good thing was the fruit punch which was super sweet although it is quite pricey for a small bottle. Overall the food was below average and the prices are not worth it. Would not recommend to visit.

First time visiting this place.
Had high expectations due to the hype on social media.

My order consisted of the fully loaded burger (jerked), Mac n Cheese and the Fruit Punch.

I highly advise to not get the mac n cheese as it’s cold and straight from the microwave.
The burger was dry and had no jerk chicken flavour.

I do recommend the fruit punch drink which was full of flavour.

Food was tasty… with portions being on the small side for my liking maybe it’s just me lol

Ridiculously delicious. One of my fave places for wings in London… big, juicy, saucy, spicy wings. The dumpling burgers are amazing too 🥇

I love the dumpling burger and the punch(although for the size it is a bit pricey maybe make it bigger) other than that amazing food spot and worth it great service too ! Love this black business and love caribbean food !

The fried dumpling was absolutely perfect. It had a crunch to it and the right amount of greasyness that will make your lips moisturised ha.
Amazing idea , it's so good to try something different and be so pleasantly surprised. I also had coleslaw which was good, a bit too much liquid in it though. Plantain was also exactly how I like it.
Will definitely be back

Wow where to start guys after @centralcee gave it the 10/10 I had to get in there see what the hype is about and boy I wasn’t disappointed full of flavours and maybe first place to achieve a bun made out of fried dumpling wow what a bun a big turn from ur usual brioche bun and i gotta say this ones a heavy hitter once smothered with toppings and sauce 😋😋😋 the dough for the dumplings were perfect even the flavours in jerk chicken really authentic how you want jerk to taste with the plantain and sauces this ones a special one 🔥🔥🔥 the Caribbean punch is a sweeeettt one but really refreshing at the same time 🔥🔥🔥 they also do mains and other goodies my foodies so deffo check it out deffo a celebs fave spot!
