Northfleet fried chicken

Great food what can I say , I enjoy the hot wings as I’m not the person who eats very spicy at all. As for the BBQ ribs. Are the best I’ve had so far. My kid loves them so is my wife , we usually go for same thing every time but I’m sure everything is good.

Friendly and polite staff and happy to serve at any time . It can be busy sometimes but what good food place isn’t busy.

I love this place for chicken hot and fresh and a great customer service. Their menu is so much better their chicken is more tasty than KFC .

This place has gone downhill in such a short space of time.

I’m a regular customer ordering from here at least once a week but This is my last time ordering from here. Their service has gone down and the quality of the food I just had was terrible food was cold and stale and soggy. My food was late and when I called the restaurant to find out what was happening, there was no apology from the restaurant or the driver when the food came. You could tell the food was under the warmer for so long because the container had started bowing and melting. To make it worse, the last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning. I used to recommend this place to others but definitely won’t be anymore. Very upsetting.

One of the best takeaways in the area. I order from NFC roughly every other week and they never disappoint. Chicken is always great and the chips are always fresh. Better then KFC and McDonald’s when I order in. I love both the fried chicken and the grilled Peri Peri chicken. The chicken portions are large and they are flavoursome.

My order was missing an item. When I realised, I phoned NFC up and told them what was missing. At first the guy repeatedly lied about what I had ordered, but it was part of a deal so it was included in the price I had paid. Then he said that they would send it out. When I asked how long that would take, he said they'd send it "next time". As in, next time I order! (bear in mind- if I hadn't have asked how long, I would've been sitting there waiting!) I said that's not good enough, I either want my money back or the missing item. He then said he was busy and hung up on me.

I drove to the restaurant and gave them back their average lukewarm food and got my money back. Terrible, rude service. I will not be ordering again.
