Western Fried Chicken London

I've been a Customer for 20 years but recently I have had bad experience with them

I've ordered meal one which is A tower Burger chips drink and wings I font like wing so ask for them to be left out they put them in with chip.

Another time i ordered a tower Burger, chips with no wings and got chips and a hash brown in a bum

Today I ordered meal one with no wings that was fine but when opened burger It add hot sauce in it so throw away as I don't like hot sauce.

Get the impression that my custom or money is not good enough so we'll not be going back

This place is a definite must stop for a late night munch. This place is open until 3am, my usual order of No. 2 which consists of a chicken breast burger with mayo, cheese alongside chips, 3 wings and a drink. A very satisfying meal and hits the spot every time. The only issue is this place is takeout and has no seating. The chicken is freshly fried and piping hot.

The half pounder was one of the best burgers I ever had no joke. No cheap meat, good quality. Very tasty. Good value too compared to other places locally and their meat is low grade. It’s an 8.7/10 minimum burger. U will be satisfied.

Went to try their chicken, but wasn’t ready, so tried their wings and chicken burger, wings are nice and spicy, burger was fresh and had a nice filet of chicken, fries are ok, sauce was standard ready made bottle job

Food could be better!

Fries tasted dry, burger was okay and chicken pieces was okay, not great!!

Still the best fried chicken burger and wings by far. Always good to see old boys still working there 👍🏻.. I always just stick to number 2 on the menu.. and slap on their special Mayo

This place has lost the hype over the years quality lacking. fresh as always but lacking that inner taste deffo needs rejuvenating in there it’s kept it’s hype for freshness hence the ques.
