Good food awful service...

Ordered over the phone all fine came to £10.80. The driver delivered the food and handed me £5 note, then when i asked where the rest of my change is he said i was not to get any change. I said look at the receipt he then refused to give me the rest of my change, i had to ask 3 or 4 times before he gave me MY change! Really awful. Even after all of this he didn't even give me the whole change and refused to acknowledge that he was wrong! They need to recruit staff who have better customer service skills or even just basic people skills. Tried to call back twice and lines were engaged. Won't be ordering from these people again.

Possibly the worst chicken shop. They do not grill their chicken (which they call grilled) they deep fry it and then toast it off so you get a dry chewy peice of meat. They are unable to follow simple instruction I specifically said not to ring the door bell YET the driver rang the door bell knocked on the door which led to a scene in my neighbourhood. On top of that he was not hospitable, he walked away from me as if customers are not the lifeline of a business. Absolutely awful service, chicken wings smell like dog food and of poor quality meat. The rice is OK. Wouldn't bother with this shoddy back alley dirty chicken shop.

Big turnaround. WOW, OMG. Wrote a review a month ago (found under this review), which left me wishing for a time travel machine to go back in time and not order from here, but that has changed massively tonight.

Back to their good standards, food was delicious, chicken full of flavour and properly cooked, salad was great, good variety, fresh and a good size. All the order was correct and the delivery in good time. Only negative were the chips, which were a bit oily and spongy but overlooked because of the rest of the meal. 👍 Keep it up guys.

What a shame, just left a review last week on just eat expressing my joy at the food and service and now feel really really let down. Chicken was dry, after especially mentioning that as a previous issue in the order note. Chips not fresh, oily and cold, something so simple that ruined the meal and to top it all of, wrong drink sent with the order. Been ordering from here regularly for years but its always a 50/50, either a great meal or a complete waste of money, no consistencey. SUCH A SHAME!!!!!

I don't usually leave a bad review but this one is just unacceptable. I kept calling the place for how long my food will arrive because it was already past the time, usually the food arrives within 20 mins because they are just a a couple of meters away and he asked me to wait for another 30 mins, after 30 mins I called again and he said 10 more mins and my order was still in store. And take note, before I called, almost an hour had passed. I have a little one waiting for his food. If I only knew it would take almost 2 hours for the food to arrive, I shouldn't have wasted my time waiting for it. I could have cooked. But since we hve to go somewhere, I just thought that a delivery would be our best option. But no! This restaurant ruined our day. I'm late to where I am supposed to be. And the person I spoke to didn't bother giving a discount and even told me what do I want? If I want to cancel my order, he can just call the driver. But no discount after a very very late delivery. I understand if he mentioned to me that there are roadworks outside or he has too many orders to take. Taking so much job that you can't do? And he was rude telling me that he had so much to do and just want to end the call. Shame as we used to like their burger. But I've lost my appetite and wasn't able to eat the food properly. And just like a person, when they don't do you good without making up for it, you won't be in good terms. So, we are not.ordering again. We may not be a big lost but hope this will serve as a reminder of how you should take care of your customers.

Lousy service always have to wait for my meals the only thing that's ever ready is the chicken n spicy wings. They never have any burgers ready to serve... apparently they make them fresh waiting time can be 20+ mins...cheap n cheerful best way to describe the place

Had two wrap meals and food was 10/10 wrap was amazing and chips have such a proper taste to them not oily or greasy. Wrap was perfection cooked well cheese melted and the bread used is lovley. Will recommended highly fast and quick service to driver was friendly.

Very tasty food and friendly staff. Best Kebabs in town. Serve a great chicken biriani all-day. It's newly renovated and nice seating area to eat as well.

Bought a zinger burger and 1/4 pounder came to about £8. The zinger burger was a bit salty for my liking but was very good still and the 1/4 was very good no complaints at all and seemed to be prepared at the time of request.

The customer service could improve tbh because it was a bit of a cold reception. I didn't care about it though because I just wanted food quickly.

Seems to be newly renovated and looked fairly clean although the set-up was a bit odd.

It's not gourmet but good if you want a quick takeaway burger that's not super expensive and I'd actually go again.
