Always great customer service, smiley faces evan though they work hard! Being a busy high road fast food, still they won't let you down. Have come back after over year and still same great service. They try accommodate any allergy and never failed me so far! I didn't want them to waste the pita so I asked for extra sauce instead. Great job! I will come again if I will be in the area! Thanks!

chain company . Great location , good space for seating but the customer service is worse. They keep taking there own language and hygiene isn't great . Take so long to serve and no thank and sorry from customer service .
Hope not to visit again .

Very good chicken breast in a pitta + meal. It's freshly made, and the taste is superb. Also, the chips are of a different cut. They also top the chips with peri powder to make it spicy. The girl at the till was very polite and quick. Please do not post reviews not related to food. One review is about not being allowed to use the toilet ( broken english). God sake. Is it your experience? Get real and appreciate where it's due.

It was so bad management heating wasn't working it was awful to sit and ear the food we requested the staff please turn on the heating it's-1 temperature and they replied boss is aware of it but he doesn't care and even in the toilet there was cold water ...

The food in this place is the best that I ever had from any shop. The spice levels are good but I like extreme and it is. The staff are so friendly and recognise me and remember my order anytime I come along. The price may be too much for others but I think it is just right considering the taste and the big portions.

Filthy place, dirty toilets, dirty tables, full bins. They need to focus on cleanliness! Food was good as expected from Pepe's.

My favourite! I love their food, especially the extremely hot wings that I would eat there or order for home delivery. Staff is nice and caring and remember my choice even when I order for home delivery. Delivery is quick or within time.
