Boston Express (Watford)

Lovely place to have takeout. They are always so nice to our family when we order most weekends. My daughters had a lovely meal from them today and the manager gave them extra chicken with their orders because we’re regulars.

Orders always delivered correctly and on or before order selected time. Food arrives piping hot and tastes delicious. Food is cooked properly and tastes really good.

Delivery drivers follow the instructions given and are always polite and friendly.

Good range of burgers, pizzas. Chips always arrive nice and crispy rather than soggy.

Excellent value for money but today's service disappointed due to the younger man who prepares the food. I ordered a meal 13 and a small pizza with jalopeno and pepperoni with the young woman at the counter and then the man asked if I wanted a "big" pizza! I laughed and asked the woman how he could confuse the opposite words! This was no problem until my Mum told me that she had been given the wrong pizza and she didnt like it. It had no jalopenos and had different meats! The man's mistake ruined her meal!

The rice with the strips were very tasty and nice and a good value for money, definitely recommend! and the customer service was
excellent. The peri whole chicken and and peri peri chips were amazing I loved it!

One of the worst places in the category. The food is OK. The pizza was slightly burnt out and the chips were a bit undercooked, but not the worst that I've tasted. Their biggest point is their service. I've not interacted with a more rude shopkeeper in memory. I went asking a few questions as I was planning a party and they literally drove me off. They don't respond to queries on telephone calls either. I still took a chance and ordered as they are the nearest shop. They took the order and the payment and failed to deliver on time as no delivery guy was available. Luckily I wasn't far off and could walk in to take away the order myself, else my guests would have gone hungry. I've now learnt that there is another pizza shop a bit far off. Next time I'm going there

All food is all frozen and after defrost ..meybey is cook frozen, dont wait to defrost after can cook is bleac...the chips is Like whater...and need more clean 🙋

Normally, I don't write reviews for Fast Food, but this place deserves contribution and stands out from other typical chicken shops.
Simply this place is a B-O-M-B!
The food was ambrosial and reasonably priced. I read the whingers complaining about food. Get over it and just enjoy the fresh and amazing food. Customer service by a girl was friendly and sublime.
Highly recommended!
Will return for sure.
