USA Chicken Express

This is ilkeston and i regularly drive here from Derby just to buy their chicken.
Attractive young ladies always polite, friendly and with big smiles.
Best chicken around and well worth the drive. Their chicken skin is out of this world and reminds me of early 80s Kentucky Fried Chicken when they had pride in their food, nowadays i just avoid KFC as it is greasy soggy tasteless garbage, this place the skin is amazing and beats KFC hands down!
I reccomend the 5 piece chicken!!!!
Im going there again over the weekend for my chicken fix!!!

Ordered a donner and chicken shish kebab. Order arrived earlier than expected, all fresh and hot. Salad was in a separate box. Too much for us so the woofer enjoyed it too!

Food not very nice from here, made me badly nxt day, I will never order from here again, it used to be alright but its gone down hill,an the staff just don't care.

Cold and disappointing. Have had deliveries from further away that always arrive hot.

Can get extremely busy (if later in the evening), but food is OK, and reasonably priced.
Getting served can be chaotic though, as don't appear to serve people in any order

Food was good quality had the munch box definitely worth it friendly over the phone too

I’ve ordered food from here before, unfortunately it seems they have become a bit stingy on their portions.

Ordered a couple of large chicken kebabs (at extra cost), large and small were the options on just eat. When they arrived they were very small, not much meat as there had been in previous times.

I phoned them up and they said they only do one size, explained to them I paid extra for large so could I have the difference between large and small refunded or more chicken sent out - they said they wouldn’t do this and if we aren’t happy just don’t order from them again.I asked to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone said it was her mum and she didn’t want to speak to anyone, very rude, didn’t seem to understand the concept of customer services and repeat business value.

So in terms of customer services I’d leave no stars if I could - sadly it’s now an overpriced small kebab, best to order from elsewhere.

Great affordable food friendly staff
