I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Although my life partner 'Dale Richards' was rather disappointed due to the lack of chicken wings. Issue was resolved with a fight-to-the-death. (Dale didn't make it)
Overall not too bad but now my husband is dead. Wings were lovely though

Update: This was previously a 5* Review. Recieved chicken strips on Monday night that were very chewy, obviously reheated from the weekend. I know Monday is not high turnover but come on guys Monday customers deserve as good a product as the rest of the week, we're all paying the same. Don't spoil a good thing by cost cutting. If you want to save money stop putting a menu in EVERY delivery. If someone is getting a delivery they obviously already know what you do and how to contact you! Even this ancient biddy knows how to use t'internet.
Having got fed up of KFC's ridiculously complicated menus and apps, insistence on using third party deliverers, high prices and general incompetence in fulfilling a simple order we decided to try the local equivalent. Not equivalent at all. WAY better than KFC. Delivered swiftly, as ordered, on a Sat night. We usually share 10 pcs of KFC, got 8 from these guys and can't finish it! They're huge! Coating is tastier, more substantial and less greasy. Tons of chips. My only request would be to have the Coleslaw in a pot rather than actually on the chips. Cold slaw on hot chips ends up with both just being warm by the time it gets to the customer. I'll ask next time, hoping you can do that. We'll be back on pizza day, and kebab day :-)

After a night out in town, drinking our body weight in cocktails, this is usually the place the wifey and I frequent to finish the evening off.
A tray of fresh & hot cheesy chips is a must! We throughly enjoy singing off key on the walk home, happily stabbing our forks into our hot, fresh grub.
The staff are always friendly and accommodating.
Also ordered here multiple times for delivery. Food has always arrived in a timely manner, hot and fresh. Tastes so good - even when consumed sober.

Food is dry and cold. Just gets chucked in to the tray. Shocking will never eat here again not only that there was a hair in my food

Ordered delivery; came much earlier than expected which is fantastic; food piping hot. Possibly the best chicken burger I've ever had; could not recommend it more
Update: One year later it's still the best chicken in Bridgend, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, great chips, but chicken was very poor. Surely a fried chicken shop should take pride in the fried chicken. Even the wet wipes were dry 🤦♂️ Not for me.
