Chick-o-Land

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken for myself and a kebab for my partner. Kebab was ok but the both pieces of chicken I bit into to find the middles red and bloody. Being 27 weeks pregnant aswell I just hope I dont get ill! My partner rang to complain and all they said was they cant do anything and when we next order they will give us money off! Definitely will not be ordering ever again. Would definitely not recommend to anyone and now we have lost money too!

Awful; terrible customer service. Ordered through Hungry House and just happened to not give the right phone number- although they had a valid email address through which they could have contacted us- they arrived 40 minutes before the delivery time given, left within 6 minutes of arriving and when questioned on this refused to offer a refund and said that if we wanted to receive our £15 worth of food then we had to pay the delivery charge again after berating us like children. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

It's a kebab and fried chicken food outlet on Wind Street which is popular with the late night crowd after an evening of drinking and dancing. Don't expect good cuisine here, in fact the kebab I had was poor even though I was not expecting too much. They also tried to over charge me, but it was resolved when I queried it. Next time I'll try somewhere else.

Ordered as had an unexpected gathering and this was the fav choice. The portion for the meals we got were absolutely horendous. We are adults not toddlers. It was deffinatley my last chance eating there as in the past they have tried to over charge, under feed and not give me what I've ordered. Order on just eat if you want it cheaper. Still the same s**t quality. Enjoy your evening don't let it go to a disappointment like this takeaway caused my night!

The food was nice, but lacking. £4 for a kebab with no bread?? My partner and I had been drinking, so popped in at the end of the night. Normal prices but terrible portions! Won't bother in future

Chicken nuggets here are a disgrace to all other chicken nuggets. Chips were nice tho

This is the best chicken shop in the whole of Swansea, they are very accommodating to my son Scott who has special needs and Vlogs his life live streaming. The last time he was in there the Boss Shadow even gave him a free pork sausage... 5 stars :)
