Mace Playce City Centre

I had my daughter 6th birthday party at mace playce today..All of the Kids had tons of fun! 🎈And the staff are all very helpful and go the extra mile to make the birthday special! 🎂😁🎉

Fantastic soft play here for younger children. Great food too at good price. Staff friendly and attentive. Always happy to go the extra mile. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.

Had my son's 1st birthday party at Mace Playce City Centre and I couldn't have asked for a better service and more accommodating staff. They made the whole party effortless and so enjoyable for everyone. We had the whole place to ourselves and the kids loved the soft play bit. We had kids aged 0-8 and they found lots to play with. The staff took the list of guests from me from there onwards did everything - checked all our guests had everything they needed, ensured people with allergies had the right food, organised our presents, party bags and we had a special appearance by Peppa Pig who was just the cherry on the cake for us. We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back again.

Had a party here for our daughter, who is turning 4. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities were ideal for children of this age and the food was great, too. Most importantly, the children had a great time. Thoroughly recommended!

No parking but so accessible from town.
Throw away plates and cutlery at a party rather than reusable. :(

Very clean soft play. Regularly have various events and activities included in admission price. Child friendly toilets with potty and seat reducer. Cafe has fair prices and plenty of variety.

Been in Chelmsford for the last 2 years and our 4 year tot ❤️ this place to bits and the team servicing. They are very kind and considerate and Sam enjoys their company and the place all the time - thank you

Very small area. ...not enough for kids...children get bored un 16 minutes.
